My Special Wishes For a Special Christmas Naturally I hope that Santa is good to you this Christmas.. But I have some other wishes for you too...That cant be wrapped in a pretty package and tied with a matching bow...
I wish you joy, I wish you peace, I wish you blessings in your life..i wish you answers to questions, resolve to change what you want to change and the awareness and ability to accept something that perhaps you havent been able to change. I wish you satisfaction in your work and all the other things that would make your day to day life more balanced and rewarding. I wish you happiness in your family, unconditional love for each other and understanding. I wish you the capacity and knowledge to embrace the gift of love that dwells in your heart and is replenished when it is given away. Everyone is unique and different. I hope you can appreciate your own uniqueness and realise that you're and angel in disguise to some, a friend so important to others and a member of a family with whom you have significance and importance beyond description. Special people help to change our lives, make us feel good about ourselves and therefore enhance our potential to realise our dreams. They give us a sense of community and belonging. They make us feel appreciated and accepted and move us to our own emotional security. If what ever you are wishing this Christmas is not covered in these special wishes from my heart to yours. few #pub facts and thoughts : by kyu
My first visit was in November 1998
friday the 6th to be exact (#pub was then AfTrDarK's Channel).
AfTrDarK lost interest in the channel so i asked if it was ok if i carried
#pub on?
Then #pub went through a patch of having no bots and only being in existance
if someone started the channel when they went online and people like "Rat"
"Semps" and myself did.
Then at Christmas i was able to borrow some bots and #pub started to become
what we have to day. #pub has seen some changes over the last few years. Some
people have left the channel some people have left IRC some people cant get
on to the correct server to visit #pub any more :o(! We still get people from
time to time dropping in like a blast from the past :o). But at the end of
the day after numours takeovers, attacks and some people just being a plain
pain in the arse! We are still here!! :o)
So from Christmas 1999 to Christmas 2005 it will be #pub's 6th Birthday its
seems much longer. So @ Christmas or at the New Year spare a thought and raise
a glass to #pub and wish the channel a VERY Happy Birthday!! too :o).
We are still here!
i also hope that we can continue to see #pub exist for many more years to
come?
