Unlike many IRC
channels #pub has always allowed the use of "popups".
We ask you to bear in mind that too many "popups" create "flood"
and the channel Will be protected!!
In the "Event of channel flood" you may find yourself "Temp/Banned"
this will also apply to "text flood" dont type too many lines on your
own! The Bots are watching you have been warned! :o)))

Adults can not be expected to be forever
on watch as to every word they say.
Sometimes things are typed/said on IRC and once they words appear on screen.
They "cant" be taken back. (Like an e-mail).
So it has been decided that to clarify this point that

should have a "watershed"
this will be 10:00pm!
